Explore the profound verses and spiritual reflections of Nathan Buhl.

Hi, I’m Nathan

Nathan Buhl turned 30 last year. He is a passionate follower of Jesus Christ who has autism. Most of his life Nathan has been non-speaking. Over the past several years, Nathan has begun to communicate his thoughts using a method called Rapid Prompting Method.  He is fellow at the Friendship House at WTS and works at his family’s bookstore. His desire is to pursue ministry, especially among the disability community. Nathan is originally from the Chicagoland area but now resides in Holland, Michigan.

Nathan Buhl writes about faith, redemption, and spiritual vision. His writing reflects a personal journey of seeing beyond the blindness of pride, fear, and isolation.

Nathan’s work explores themes of grace, transformation, and the pursuit of Christ among those who feel like outsiders.

Living with autism has shaped Nathan’s perspective and deepened his understanding of what it means to feel unseen and yet fully known by God. His writings often reflect the experience of being an outsider who discovers belonging through the love of Christ.

Nathan writes both spiritual reflections and poetry, sharing personal insight into the Gospel and the work of grace in everyday life.
